MT500 series vector inverter

MT500 is a vector inverter for asynchronous motor control, and is the mainstream series of the Mobeck inverter family. The product has wide power coverage, high reliability, and excellent performance. It supports open-loop control and closed-loop control with encoders. It can be adapted to a variety of encoder types and field communication buses, and can meet the drive of most automated production equipment.

    High speed control accuracy: V/F control: ±0.5%, SVC control: ±0.2%, closed loop VC control: ±0.02%;

    High precision of open-loop torque control: 10% within 5Hz, 5% above 5Hz, supporting power-generating torque control;

    Standard LED digital keyboard: optional LCD liquid crystal keyboard (MTSOP0), optional dual display digital keyboard;

    Reasonable EMC design: the power unit is separated from the control unit, the frequency converter is convenient to form a cabinet, and the anti-interference ability is strong;

    Optional multiple PG cards: including incremental PG card, incremental PG card with frequency division output, resolver PG card;

    Standard Modbus, optional Profinet, CANopen communication expansion card;

    Optional IO expansion card can be expanded to 9 digital inputs and 4 analog inputs at most.

    Overcurrent and overvoltage suppression protection

    Through real-time monitoring of the load current during operation, it is automatically limited to not exceed the set overcurrent suppression point to prevent fault tripping caused by excessive current. This function is especially suitable for some loads with large inertia or severe changes.
